Love has no borders
Here at the Romero Centre, we welcome and support people seeking asylum, we walk the path where human dignity is considered sacred and where love has no borders.
Inspired by the mission of Oscar Romero and Catherine McAuley, we are guided by the spirit of ‘Mercy’ and a deep respect for the human sovereign soul, aspiring to support the most vulnerable people in our community.
The Romero Centre is passionately and wholeheartedly working towards a community that we all want to be a part of.
Support for people seeking asylum
With the community’s support, we will continue to share the journey of people seeking asylum. Providing genuine welcome and the right support for those who have fled danger and are now struggling to survive in South East Queensland.
